Q. How are the butterflies shipped?
A. Each butterfly comes in its own package packed inside a styrene foam box with an ice pack and instructions.

Q. When do they arrive?
A. You receive you butterflies usually before noon the day before your wedding day.

Q. What do I do with them?
A. Upon arrival, put them in your fridge. If you have to unpack them to fit them in your fridge, save the foam box for the trip to the church. Refreeze the icepack when repackaging them and put them in the same way they came out.
